How do I treat my bowl?
Upon receiving bowl apply 2 coats of bees oil.
Use Bee's Oil (a special blend of beeswax and mineral oil that prevents drying and cracking) once a month or every 3-5 uses
Rub Bee's Oil on dry wood inside and out with a clean cloth. Let stand 15 minutes, then buff off any excess.
We recommend retreating after washing woodenware after every 3-5 uses or whenever wood seems dull and dry.
Apply 2 coats on new untreated wood.

To Clean your bowl:
Wash with warm soapy water.
Wipe with dry cloth then let air dry
Apply bees oil if needed

This is a natural product, bowls will darken with age. Avoid beets, strawberries and turmeric, especially before the bowl has been treated mutliple times, or staining may occur.
What is the return policy?
Returns:
Orders can be returned if items are unused, in their original condition, and in the manufacturer's original box. We have a 30-day return policy, which means we need to receive your item at our warehouse within 30 days after it was delivered to you. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We have a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise.

Freight Damage:

Please inspect your package for shipping damage prior to opening it.

If you see evidence of damage, please ask the courier (if possible) to note it on the shipment paperwork. Please request a copy of the paperwork with the notes.

Please take photos of the damaged exterior.

Inspect the contents. If the merchandise is damaged, please email orders@thesaladlab.net as soon as possible.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
When will my order arrive?
Orders will take roughly 3-5 Business Days (not including weekends) to receive your order from purchase.
Holidays may impact delivery.
When will the product I want be back in stock?
Our plan is to order products before they go out of stock, however some products are in high demand! As our stock sells we order new product to be made as we don't want your beautiful bowls sitting in a warehouse and drying up.

When should I order for the holidays?
We try our best to have extra stock for upcoming holidays. It is best to order at least 15 Business Days in advance for Holidays or Gifts.
